The public is hereby notified that with immediate effect and until 10PM on SATURDAY, OCTOBER 2, 2010 the defending KaHulaHou Champions, The Men of the Academy of Hawaiian Arts, under the leadership of Kumu Hula Mark Keali'i Ho'omalu, have challenged the following teams to put their pride on the line in a KaHulaHou battle.

• The Men of Manawaiopuna – Federal Way, WA - Kumu Hula Kamaile Hamada
• The Men of Halau Hula 'O Walea – Markham, ON - Kumu Hula Joy Walea Corpuz
• The Men of Kaleo o Nalani – San Diego, CA - Kumu Hula Siaosi Veimau
